A darling BJD in tan skin was made recently by Peak's Woods and made a short visit to the KBJD Show in Los Angeles over the weekend before she found a new home. Check out the post here to see this great Great Gatsby inspired LE1 doll.

Dandy and Cosmo have debuted at the Korean BJD show at the Peak's Woods booth. Dandy uses a modified Bella the Moon sculpt, and Cosmo is a new sculpt. There is a third boy, too--Segi--who is being released as a limited edition along with a twin sister with a special faceup with freckles.
They are 61cm tall, and retail is $590, starting has price. They are double jointed and they pose amazingly well. I'm not usually a fan of boy dolls, as you all well know. But I adore these guys!
Guess who is coming home with me this weekend!

Cosplay for less by alison-boyd-rasmussen featuring a v neck tee
You can cosplay with your BJD for less when you use Nine9Style items. I've been able to locate some inexpensive items on Polyvore for your enjoyment, though you may need to plan ahead a little (that white pleated skirt may take some time to arrive). You may also be able to locate a few of these items for less on eBay.
The nice thing about a casual cosplay look is that the pieces will be able to function for everyday use in your wardrobe, without being too costume-y. Have fun at your next convention!
