Sara and Mari
Again, with the tiny dollies: Sara, white skin, (left) is dressed in Jennygrey with a Barbie Basics belt, jewels by Facets by Marcia. Mari, tan resin, is showing off vintage Francie's #1222 Gold Rush from Mattel.
Both dolls are Limhwa To You BJDs from Korea. I found Sara previously loved on the DollPage and the other from Junkyspot, who keeps some in stock--perfect for impulse buys and the impatient (like me!). They are only 10.5" tall, and so cute.

This little girl is such a fun doll. So much fun that I may have actually ordered her a little friend from Junkyspot.
I am such a bad BJD collector--you just should not be impatient! Those in-stock dealers are what kill you! But oh, the gratification!

Sara To You by Limhwa
Oh no... another doll fetish!
I recently have been on a tiny BJD kick. This is Sara, created by Korean manufacturer Limhwa Dolls, and she is in the 10.5" (27 cm) slim size, which makes her a little shorter than Barbie.
She wears a size 6 mm eye (eee!) and her faceplate removes from the front, which actually makes them fairly easy to change, even for those of us who are challenged with changing eyes.
These dolls can be ordered from Junkyspot--in fact, they currently have them in stock (and one fewer, as of yesterday, thanks to the fact that I felt Sara needed a tan Mari for a friend) for between $240 and $255, I believe, including a face-up and eyes.
They have singly jointed elbows and knees, and their feet are big enough and strung well enough to stand easily on their own.
They have a really unique handmade feel about them. Check out this group on Flickr to see the differences in resin tone, for example. Plus their tiny face-ups have such a soft look to them. Just amazing!
