I've had a new addition to my doll collection--and one I've wanted to add forever. It's a Dollfie Dream Dynamite Miko!

Gorgeous! See more photos on Flickr!

  1. You got a Dollfie Dream! : ) She's so cute! I really like the eyes and wig you gave her, too.
I've been interested in DDs for a while-- they sound like a great combination between the smooth poseability of a vinyl doll and the customization-potential of a BJD.
How does she pose compared to a BJD? Or, more generally, what is posing a BJD like compared to posing a vinyl doll like a Tonner? Obviously, both are very poseable flexibility-wise, but how "smoothly" does a well-strung BJD pose (if that makes sense...)?
I still haven't found the time (or the bravery-- either one XD) to restring my Goodreau doll, so she's not the greatest specimen to compare to my Ellowynes and Antoinettes at the moment. ; )

Thank you for your input! I'm going to go check out Miko's flickr pictures. : )
